The sheet
It isn’t a failure of your people. It’s what the tool makes inevitable — and every circled line is something the platform does differently.
SheetPasted from a February email. The supplier re-quoted in May. Nobody re-keyed it.

How it runs
Procurement, start to finish. The platform does the reading, the drafting, the chasing and the matching. You approve the order and confirm what arrived. That is the whole design principle, applied to every process on it.
